We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns

- Used or registered devices cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with:
- A return shipping label (if applicable).
- Instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note:
- Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
- The recipient is responsible for returning the device to the address provided by the shipper.
- The recipient may choose the return shipping method and will bear the return shipping fee.
Damages and Issues

- You receive the wrong item.
