We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Used or registered devices cannot be returned.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with:

  • A return shipping label (if applicable).
  • Instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note:

  • Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • The recipient is responsible for returning the device to the address provided by the shipper.
  • The recipient may choose the return shipping method and will bear the return shipping fee.

Damages and Issues

  • The item is defective, damaged, or
  • You receive the wrong item.
